    How do I know which plan I should choose?

    Just chat to us and we will let you know what works best for your site. Generally speaking however if you have a small site that isn’t critical to your business then the Small plan will ensure that your website technology is always up to date and you have daily backups to fall back on. The Standard plan is great for most marketing type websites and includes security and malware scanning (so that you can be notified early of any issues) and also includes 1 development hour for any small tasks that you need done.  The Professional plan is geared towards slightly larger websites or sites that have e-commerce functionality. We include all updates, security and malware scanning, backups, restores and site cleans if anything is ever compromised. We also include a couple of development hours to be used for support tasks, content management, consulting and anything else that you may need. The Enterprise plan is for websites that are mission critical such as real estate companies, recruitment agencies and others that rely on the website as a core component of their business and where downtime will affect the business.

    What if I don’t need monthly support?

    Chances are you probably do need monthly support. If nothing else we’re an extra level of assurance to protect your website, but if all you really need is quick help here and there or infrequent security, platform or theme updates then you can certainly contact us for ad-hoc work at our regular billable rate.

    Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. After signup, cards are automatically charged each month on a recurring basis until you decide to cancel or upgrade your plan.

    Are there plan discounts?

    Yes, if we take care of more than one website for you we can work some incentives out.

    Am I locked into a contract?

    No. We believe in earning your business month after month, and you can cancel your service with us at any time, risk free.

    What are your support hours?

    We have clients all over the world in many different timezones so this can be tricky. Our default hours are 8am – 8pm EST (we are based in new York City), although we strive to respond to support requests as early as possible after they are received.

    How do you test updates and changes?

    All care plans comes with a staging server so that we can keep our experiments away from your production site. We test out new updates, enhancements and ideas in a sandbox environment and then push the changes into production when we are ready.

    Account Activation

    Once your website is live the care plans come into effect. We try and start on the 1st of the month but if we happen to be in the middle of the month we can start there also. You will receive an invoice for the first month’s fees and then the payment will automatically repeat each month thereafter until you decide to switch plans or cancel.

    Cancellation Process

    Care packages can be changed or cancelled at any time. Just email us and let us know that you no longer require your care plan and we will discontinue the billing service immediately and cancel the account. Fees are paid monthly in advance so just let us know within 48 hours of your billing date to ensure that we can cancel the auto billing in time.
